Refunds

Your complete satsifaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a Telescope Solutions product for any reason, simply return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

Warranty

Your purchase is guaranteed for 12 months following the purchase date. Should you experience any problems with your Telescope Solutions equipment during that time, send the item to us. We will inspect it, repair/replace the equipment at our option, and promptly send it back to you.
